    Sa relation stratégique avec HIMOINSA a débuté en 2015, lorsque Yanmar Holdings Co. Ltd. est devenu actionnaire d'HIMOINSA. Depuis, l'entreprise a été intégrée à Yanmar Energy System, la division internationale de Yanmar chargée de l'énergie.
