    At Himoinsa we understand Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a strategic asset of our company that allows us to adapt our capabilities and respond to the main challenges posed by sustainability: 

    • Generating value in the company. 
    • Orienting it towards permanence and leadership in the market. 
    • Reinforce the company's ethical management and reputation. 
    • Minimise the environmental and social impacts of its activities. 
    • To establish more efficient ties with our stakeholders (its human teams, customers, suppliers, Public Administrations) and the communities in which we operate.

    CSR at Himoinsa ultimately depends on the company's Board of Directors, and is promoted through its Chief Executive Officers, with support from the Risk and Regulatory Compliance Committee created by the company's Board of Directors.

    At Himoinsa we want our corporate values to permeate society through our actions as an organisation, in which each and every one of us contributes by creating a corporate culture based on a commitment to transparency, the environment, neutrality and equal treatment and opportunities, as pillars that form the backbone of HIMOINSA's structure and its desire to contribute to a fairer, more ecological society free of inequalities. 

    Himoinsa's Code of Ethics and Conduct, approved by its Board of Directors, was created with the purpose of being the cornerstone of the corporate ethical culture and the responsible conduct we show towards our teams, and to define the principles and values that govern our relations with the main stakeholders, all based on respect for human and labour rights.  

    In it we can find the ethical principles and criteria to follow in order to do the right thing in our workplace, in the different situations that arise in our day-to-day work. Consult it, make it yours, comment on it, ask us your questions, and respect it. Himoinsa needs the exemplarity of all of us to be exemplary.
