    HIMOINSA Service Team

HIMOINSA attended the 2025 Service Awards ceremony, organised by Yanmar Global CS (YGCS), held at the Hankyu Umeda Hall in Osaka, Japan. The awards are aimed at service personnel from Yanmar Group companies, distributors and subsidiaries around the world. The event brought together around 200 people, including members of the Yanmar Holdings board of directors, presidents of the group's companies as well as global customer service managers.

This year, 70 members of staff from offices and subsidiaries received Service Awards. Part of the HIMOINSA service team, belonging to the YES -Yanmar Energy System- division, travelled to Osaka to receive the award in recognition of their work, with a special distinction for Fernando García Alonso, Technical Support Engineer in the after-sales department, who received the award from the president of YES, Koji Yamashita.

On receiving the award, García Alonso said that ‘this distinction recognises the daily work that the HIMOINSA service team carries out to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction. I am very grateful to receive this award today. Being part of the Yanmar family is a real privilege and we will continue to work every day to offer a better service to our customers, embracing future challenges with the HANASAKA spirit that permeates the values of our philosophy’.

    Values of HANASAKA

The Service Awards have been held annually since 2018 to share and promote the work and challenges faced by service personnel based on the values of HANASAKA, the company's philosophy, which firmly believes in the potential of people, encouraging the challenges that employees of the various group companies face every day.

The award ceremony was held under the theme ‘Challenging towards better service’ during which there was a keynote speech by YGCS Director Ueda, who instilled the message of ‘continuing to take on challenges based on HANASAKA's values, passing on Yanmar's spirit of service to the next generation’.

During the ceremony, Mr Yamamoto, YHD Representative Director (COO), and Mr Hamaguchi, YHD Director (CHRO), also expressed their appreciation to the awardees and people involved in the services.

After the award ceremony, the awardees and their companions visited the Yanmar Synergy Square and other group facilities such as the Yanmar Flying-Y Building and the Amagasaki Factory.

The award winners also had the opportunity to leave their mark on the history of the awards by placing their name plaques in a display area, alongside the names of previous Service Award winners.
