| HIMOINSA is founded. |

HIMOINSA is granted the Official Agency for the VM Motori engines. Its first line of motor pumps is created. |
1984
| The first generation of standard static gen sets is developed. |

1985

At the beginning of the year we manufacture the first line in non-soundproofed bodywork. Towards the end of the year we develop the product, creating the 1st soundproofed bodywork. |
1986
| HIMOINSA is granted the Official Agency for IVECO Aifo engines. |

1987

The lighting tower is born. |
1988
| New premises are opened on the road from Murcia to San Javier. |

1989
 |
Our first international ventures in Italy and Central America. A new, more robust soundproofed bodywork is developed and new uses for the gen set are found. |
1990
| Due to the large increase in demand, it is necessary to extend our premises (2nd Stage). |

1993

Commercial relations with LOMBARDINI are established. |
1994
| A commercial office is set up in Central America through associate companies. |

The Export Department is created. |
1996
| HIMOINSA starts exporting to new countries. At the end of 1996, branch office are set up in Italy, Portugal and Central Spain. |

1997

HIMOINSA continues climbing to new heights and manages to double its turnover. |
1998
| HIMOINSA FAR EAST is created in Singapore to cover the Asian market. The new electronics and control panel factory is created in the old HIMOINSA premises. At the end of 1998 the IVECO engine number 15,000 is sold. |

We are granted the ISO 9002 certificate. |
2000
| HIMOINSA is present in more than 70 countries. At the end of the year the new logistics and distribution warehouse of over 5,000 m² (3rd Stage) is finished and the construction of the new panel factory is started. (4th Stage). |

2001

The new panel factory is finished and also during the year, stage 5, which includes a new 2,800 m² plant for the development of high engineering and after-sales service. During the year we develop the Kronos line, gensets powered by a Hatz engine. Continuing our policy of internationalisation, stabilization and support to new markets, HIMOINSA opens a new branch office in France, and new premises in Madrid, HIOMINSA CENTRO, and in Salamanca HIMOINSA CASTILLA Y LEON. |
2002
| HIMOINSA celebrates its 20th anniversary. Opens new premises in Portugal, HIMOINSA PORTUGAL, and agrees the opening of a new commercial office in Kansas to give support to US market. We create a new line of control panels and widen our lighting tower APOLO 2000 and APOLO 3000 line. |
